With 80,000+ Superchargers, Tesla owns and operates the world’s largest global fast-charging network. Located on major routes near convenient amenities, Superchargers keep customers charged when they’re away from home. Tesla is also building out the Megacharger network globally for heavy-duty trucks.
As charging infrastructure expands across Belgium and Luxembourg, we are hiring a Deployment Manager to lead Supercharger and Megacharger deployment end to end. You will own multiple projects from kickoff through energization and handover – including procurement, contracting, construction coordination, and delivery on time and on budget. The role also has a strong electrical focus: field presence, workmanship quality, and ensuring on-site electrical installation works are executed to a high standard for a reliable path to energization.
What You'll Do-
Provide technical support to Project Development and Design during site discussions, layout validation, and power sizing

Own planning and construction delivery for charging infrastructure projects across Belgium and Luxembourg

Oversee on-site construction, visit sites regularly, and coordinate subcontractors – with particular focus on electrical installation quality

Provide technical guidance on electrical installation scope and ensure compliance of Tesla installations

Liaise with grid operators to secure and deliver grid connections

Track and report progress, cost, and performance to internal and external stakeholders

Identify risks and roadblocks early, and drive practical solutions

Drive consistent on-site quality standards across Belgium and Luxembourg through to energization and handover
What You'll Bring-
Fluency in French and Dutch (Flemish) is mandatory

Fluency in English

3+ years of end-to-end project management experience in medium-voltage construction and/or installation projects; EV charging or renewable energy experience is a plus

Proven electrical expertise across LV design, protection schemes, and HV/MV–LV substations, with the ability to interpret single-line diagrams and assess installation workmanship on site

Ability to manage 15+ projects in parallel and hit deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment under time and cost pressure

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders

Willingness to travel extensively on a regular basis (typically 3–4 days per week, including overnight stays)

Valid driver’s licence
