Are you a driven, technically skilled, and customer-oriented head mechanic? Then we would love to meet you!
- Together with your team of mechanics, you are responsible for assembling various installations both in Belgium and abroad.
- You ensure quality and safety on site and take final responsibility for the correct delivery of the entire project.
- You act as the first point of contact for customers and external partners present on site and ensure smooth communication during the execution of the project.
- You manage a team of 2-3 colleagues.
- You are present at various construction sites, in different sectors and therefore also at different locations. From domestic construction sites to sites abroad (neighboring countries, but sometimes also further away).
- You have a technical background and preferably several years of experience in a similar role.
- You can easily interpret technical drawings, translate assembly processes into practical steps, and your team always knows exactly what to do thanks to your guidance.
- You hold a VCA certificate (or are willing to obtain one) and have a driving license B (BE).
- You have strong communication skills and gain energy from contact with customers and external partners.
- You enjoy managing people, but also like to get involved in hands-on mechanical work on site. In short, you’re a team player with leadership skills!
- You prioritize safety and consistently meet your deadlines.
- You speak Dutch fluently and can express yourself in French or English.
- You’re excited to work on international projects and are happy to travel abroad.
