The Role
We’re looking for a self-sufficient and reliable professional who can diagnose, repair, and optimize our vehicle fleet. This position is vital to speed up our vehicle preparation process, increase vehicle quality and minimize outsourcing. You’ll report directly to our Senior Claims & Fleet Officer.
Job requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic repair technician
- Strong mechanical diagnostic skills, understanding of electric cars is a strong plus
- Ability to work with a variety of different brands
- Intermediate level with computers (especially Excel) and ability to work with online spare parts suppliers
- Fluent in French or Dutch - ability to speak a Slavic language is a strong plus
- Category B driver’s license (mandatory)
- Proactive mindset and team spirit
- High sense of responsibility
Job responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics on a wide range of cars
- Create detailed repair cost quotes
- Find and order spare parts from suppliers
- Repair mechanical issues at our on site garage
- Assist with car deliveries intake and vehicle inspections when required
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Use Excel to manage repairs
