Job description

As an HR Officer, you’ll be a key member of our global HR team, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent onboarding. You’ll take the lead in attracting new colleagues and ensure that they experience a professional and welcoming employee journey.

In addition, you will support our payroll administration and payroll processes, working closely with your HR colleague. In this role, you combine a strong interest in people-related topics with a meticulous administrative approach.

A selection of your responsibilities:

You will take the lead on the entire recruitment process from start to finish, from initial contact to salary offer and successful onboarding
You will align staffing needs with managers and help determine the most efficient and high-quality recruitment approach
You will serve as a sounding board for managers and employees regarding performance, collaboration, well-being, and development
You will proactively contribute to HR projects and initiatives that foster a strong employee experience and a positive work environment
You assist with the preparation and processing of payroll
You accurately track contracts, personnel files, and administrative HR documents and keep personnel data up to date
You serve as an accessible point of contact for employees with questions regarding pay, leave, and other HR-related topics

profile

You preferably have experience in a general HR role, with a strong interest in recruitment
You work with precision and have an affinity for payroll and HR administration
You have strong communication skills and easily build relationships with candidates, employees, and managers
You think proactively and take initiative
You enjoy taking ownership of your cases and are results-oriented
You can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus
You feel comfortable in an international context and collaborate easily with colleagues across different entities
