In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 10 years later, our pack has over 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

Let's skip the part where we tell you sustainability jobs are usually full of vague ambitions nobody can measure. You already know that. What you probably don't know yet is that this one isn't.
As our Impact Manager, you'll own the strategy that actually decides whether all our good intentions about pets and the planet turn into, well, real progress. Actual measurable change.
You'll develop and own E&C's global impact strategy, the kind that shows measurable results, not just good intentions. You'll build training programmes that get the whole organisation genuinely on board, and stay ahead of regulatory and sustainability trends before anyone has to ask.
You'll advise product teams on sustainability and ethics, build real partnerships with experts who share our mission, and lead the team behind the Edgard & Cooper Foundation.
You'll champion B Corp as something we live, not just renew, own our Animal Welfare Policy and sourcing roadmaps, and represent E&C at industry events.
You'll lead the Impact & Foundation team, a close-knit duo of experts.
