Job description
- As an O&M Expert - Offshore Wind you’ll thrive in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment and play a pivotal role in driving the global energy transition.
- You’ll be defining and implementing innovative O&M approaches, setting up the most efficient operational frameworks for current and future offshore wind projects.
- You will be kicking off O&M improvement initiatives to enhance the durability of assets and projects, providing technical solutions to both your O&M team and the entire business.
- As an O&M Expert - Offshore Wind you will be cooperating in new and groundbreaking R&D projects, and determine how they can be translated into actionable concepts for the organization.
- You will be taking the lead in identifying new ideas & opportunities, endorsing feasible projects to the management, and driving them from concept to successful implementation.
- As an O&M Expert - Offshore Wind you will be an active partner in the internal educational process, sharing Lessons Learned on the related activities, advising on technical solutions and procedural improvements.
Your profile
- You have a relevant Engineering Degree (Construction, Electromechanical, Civil, Mechanical, Marine, etc.).
- You have preferably experience in the offshore wind industry and a keen interest in new market trends.
- You are pro-active, hands-on and have a solution-oriented attitude.
- You have an analytical & safety mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) is a must.
