Job description
- You will coordinate the various aspects of the construction, and ensure they are delivered on time and on budget
- You actively initiate, develop and guide the construction of large battery storage projects worth ~150 M EUR on average.
- You monitor and coordinate the work of the various contractors and external partners selected for different project aspects
- You manage project administration, documentation, and communication with stakeholders (TSO, Engineering department, HSE coordinator,..)
- You manage different projects at the same time, and report on progress
- You use your technical expertise in the development phase of the project by delivering constructive/civil design input
- You have the capacities to grow into a role of Teamleader of project/construction managers.
Your profile
- You have an engineering degree, with preference civil or industrial engineering or equivalent by experience.
- You have a professional experience of minimum 5 years, preferably in construction of large energy projects.
- You have knowledge of project development and are a able to get the job done. This enables you to achieve the intended objectives in an increasingly fast-changing organization.
- Analytically strong: you quickly understand the important (financial) parameters in complex projects and are able to optimize them;
- You’re fluent French and English speaking; very good command of Dutch is a plus
