Bij Amaris Consulting zijn we ons Life Sciences consulting team in Vlaanderen aan het uitbreiden. Daarom zoeken we Nederlandstalige professionals die willen meewerken aan automation en engineering activiteiten bij toonaangevende industriële en farmaceutische bedrijven in de regio.
Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Automation Engineer / SCADA Engineer die een sleutelrol wil spelen in het ontwikkelen, configureren en onderhouden van industriële automatiseringssystemen. In deze functie, gebaseerd in Puurs-Sint-Amands, werk je aan kritische productie- en procesinstallaties binnen een industriële of GMP-omgeving.
Deze rol focust zich op SCADA-systemen, PLC-programmering en procescontrole, waarbij je bijdraagt aan betrouwbare, efficiënte en conforme productieprocessen.
Wat ga je doen?
Configureren, ontwikkelen en onderhouden van SCADA-systemen (iFIX / Proficy iFIX)
Ontwerpen, creëren en updaten van HMI- en visualisatieschermen
Monitoren en controleren van procesparameters (temperatuur, druk, niveau, flow)
Programmeren en troubleshooten van PLC-systemen (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider)
Werken met industriële installaties (reactoren, tanks, skids, vessels)
Ondersteunen van commissioning activiteiten (FAT, SAT)
Deelnemen aan validatieactiviteiten binnen GMP/GxP-omgevingen (indien van toepassing)
Bieden van onsite troubleshooting en technische ondersteuning
Samenwerken met engineering-, productie- en maintenance teams
Jouw profiel:
4 tot 15 jaar relevante ervaring in industriële automatisering
Sterke kennis van SCADA-systemen en HMI-visualisatie (bij voorkeur iFIX)
Ervaring met PLC-programmering (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, …)
Goede kennis van industriële automatisering en procescontrole
Ervaring in farmaceutische, biotech of industriële omgevingen is een plus
Ervaring met commissioning (FAT, SAT) en validatie binnen GMP/GxP is een troef
Hands-on, analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld
Sterk in samenwerking met cross-functionele teams
Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands (professioneel niveau)
Mooi meegenomen:
Ervaring in farmaceutische of biotech productieomgevingen (fill & finish, utilities, clean utilities)
Kennis van GMP/GxP regelgeving
Ervaring met procesinstallaties zoals tanks, reactors en skids

Contracttype: Freelance (dagtarief) of contract voor onbepaalde duur
