For a client in Brussles, we are looking for a Senior Test Analyst / Test Automation Engineer to support the redevelopment of a strategic internal application.
This is a full-time assignment running at least until the end of 2026, with a possible extension into 2027.
Responsibilities
Define, prepare, execute and document functional, integration and system validation tests.
Design and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
Ensure application compliance, robustness, reliability and quality.
Manage test plans and test execution using Azure DevOps Test Plans.
Analyze test results and prepare test reports.
Follow up defects and support their resolution.
Contribute to test automation activities and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with analysts, developers and business stakeholders.
Required skills & experience
Languages:
Dutch or French: C1 level (proficient)
English: B2 level (reading, writing and understanding)
Certifications:
Holder of at least one ISTQB Advanced Level certification:
Test Analyst, or
Technical Test Analyst, or
Test Manager
Certified Test Automation Engineer (ISTQB) or equivalent/higher certification is considered a strong asset.
Technical experience:
10+ years of experience in:
Functional testing
Integration testing
System validation testing
Proven experience defining, executing and documenting test scenarios for software applications
Strong experience ensuring the compliance, robustness and reliability of software platforms and applications
5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps Test Plans to:
Create and manage test plans
Execute test campaigns
Analyze and report test results
Experience with test automation frameworks and methodologies
Profile

Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
