Bowling and leisure are going digital fast: online reservations, self-service kiosks, cashless payment, SYNC scoring and POS. As our Digital Specialist at HQ, you make these platforms work together — for our customers and our teams. Junior-friendly: we train you from the ground up.
YOUR ROLE
- Be the functional point of contact for our digital portfolio: reservations, online ordering, SYNC Scoring & POS, cashless, kiosks and guest-experience platforms.
- Support implementation, configuration and optimisation of digital solutions at our customers.
- Coordinate with operations, sales and suppliers; test, document and roll out new features.
- Translate business needs into digital product requirements and stay on top of updates and trends.
- Join training sessions and occasional customer visits at home and abroad.
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong digital affinity — you get how platforms interact, no need to be a developer.
- People skills: you make technology understandable for operators and colleagues.
- Curious, structured and hands-on; eager to learn and grow into the role.
- Dutch and English, plus French or German.
