As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing this vision to life by connecting talent with meaningful career opportunities for candidates and helping our business build the high-performing teams.
More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:
- Hire for long-term success
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple European markets, with a particular focus on data centre talent and engineers in Germany and logistics and energy professionals across the European countries in which Goodman operates.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies through direct search, referral programs to ensure a sustainable pipeline of high-quality talent.
- Create a respectful and transparent recruitment experience
- Deliver a respectful, transparent and engaging candidate experience from first contact to contract signing
- Act as an ambassador of the Goodman employer brand
- Build and maintain strong relationship with all external parties (recruitment agencies, assessment and testing providers) and ensure timely communication throughout the process
- Be a trusted partner for the business
- Partner closely with hiring manager to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies
- Advice and coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practices
- Facilitate structured and objective selection and decision-making process
- Align with business on offer negotiations to secure top talent
Do you recognize yourself?
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 1 year of in-house recruitment experience
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across engineering and corporate functions.
- Strong sourcing capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge, advise and coach hiring managers
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience, combined with strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including experience with ATS
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (Dutch, French or German)
Who will you be working with?
You will join an HR Team of nine people based in Vilvoorde. You will work closely with the German team, based in Düsseldorf and Hamburg and work closely with the Asset management team, based in Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany and Spain. Occasional travel is not mandatory but will help you build your internal network and is recommended.
