Lead a team of 7 to 25 employees during your shift.
Run the restaurant independently when the Restaurant General Manager is absent.
Coach, train, and motivate team members and new employees.
Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction, and safety standards.
Manage staff administration, inventory, and ordering processes.
Actively contribute to achieving commercial targets and restaurant performance.
Control costs, quality, and team performance.
Initial experience leading or supervising a team.
Strong leadership skills: you coach, motivate, and take responsibility.
A guest-oriented mindset is in your DNA.
You are stress-resistant, decisive, and solution-oriented.
You speak Dutch fluently. English or French is a plus.
You are flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience with numbers, operational management, food safety, or personnel management is an advantage.
