Your role
As Agile PMO, you will help keep our strategic projects on track and provide management with a clear overview of how they are progressing.
Working closely with the Head of Delivery and colleagues across the bank, you will collect and analyse information, prepare reports for senior management, and help ensure that our strategic priorities are delivered throughout the year.

What you'll do

Help build and coordinate Keytrade Bank's annual strategic roadmap.

Keep the roadmap up to date by monitoring progress, priorities and important milestones.

Maintain a clear overview of strategic initiatives across different teams and departments.

Collect, analyse and present data that supports management in making informed decisions.

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure portfolio performance.

Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies and key decisions.

Support strategic meetings by providing accurate and up-to-date reporting.
-
Improve reporting processes and dashboards using tools such as Excel and Power BI.

Help monitor budgets, forecasts and resource allocation across strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with colleagues from Business, IT, Legal and other departments to ensure priorities remain aligned.

Contribute to the successful execution of the bank's strategy by providing insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
Who you are

You have a university degree

Good command of Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI.

You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different teams.

You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch.

An internship or first experience in project management, strategy, business analysis, consulting, transformation or the financial sector.
