What You’ll Do

Design, lead & drive operational excellence: You are the expert and leader of the end-to-end operations and systems for the entire market, from order placed to car delivered. You regularly review country KPIs, following trends and collaborating with management to secure continuous success

Analyse, develop & improve: We look to you to analyse, develop and improve processes related to logistics, vehicle registration, fleet management, finance/collections, vehicle delivery, and all other required documentation and operational processes in your market

Build cross-functional collaboration: You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders within Sales, Delivery and Service operations to capitalize on growth opportunities.

Champion your team: We trust you to lead, build, and develop our brilliant Operations team in Belgium. You recognize potential and are committed to continuously growing your people. And you always act with safety in mind.

Inspire first-class customer experiences: Design operations in your market that will; minimize vehicle dwell and yield loss, drive speed of

execution of pre-delivery activities, optimize vehicle and customer readiness, and deliver excellent customer experience

Strategize: Partnering with the Market Leader you will define the optimal operational strategy that will enable growth in the market. You develop and drive strategic decisions for the Operations organisation with the aim to meet both current and future demands

Knowledgeable and analytical – you have the ability and drive to quickly develop a good understanding of processes and workflow. Your analytical skills give you the ability to convert findings into practice

Operational and strategic in your leadership, while always remaining hands-on

On time – you have a strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and deliver on business critical deadlines

Experienced within change management, with the proven ability to lead and engage people through and beyond change

Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully. Fluent in English and French are preferred.

Required to hold a valid Driver’s license
