1. Analyze and map existing processes, ensure the resolution of process-related issues, and implement associated corrective actions

Analyze and document the current Business As-Is processes.

Define process start and end points, identify gaps, and determine potential improvements.

Describe process steps, lead times, and RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrices.

Monitor or coordinate the monitoring of process performance indicators.
2. Support Process Owners in identifying improvement opportunities and propose associated preventive actions

Support process audits by providing input, expertise, and collaboration when required.

Gather and analyze information required by Process Owners to optimize processes (KPIs, SLAs, process failures, etc.).

Define, monitor, and report process performance indicators to the Process Owner.
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of one or more processes within the same functional domain

Contribute to the drafting of implementation plans.

Collaborate in defining new functionalities related to process changes (e.g., process automation or partial process automation).

Assist the Process Owner in managing the implementation of the necessary ICT tools to support these processes (e.g., developing and executing test scripts for complex processes).
4. Risk Assessment and Implementation of Actions

Identify and document risks and their potential impacts in order to define and implement the appropriate mitigation actions.

Provide support in the operational management of processes and the resolution of related issues.
5. Participate in maintaining and updating the documentation repository (technical files, reports, procedure documentation, etc.) and support the communication and dissemination of documentation and information required for the optimal application of processes
