About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Oversee and optimize daily production operations within JINGDONG LOGISTICS (BELGIUM) to ensure efficient and high-quality output, meeting established targets and standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise Warehouse Operations, ensuring adherence to operational plans, schedules, and quality control procedures.
- Monitor production performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with various departments, including supply chain, warehousing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production flow.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and relevant industry standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Participate in the planning and execution of new production initiatives and process improvements.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods within the production area.
Job Qualifications:**
- Proven experience (3+ years) in production operations, manufacturing, or logistics, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and quality control principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising and motivating teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., WMS, ERP, production planning tools).
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a significant plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
