We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented and dedicated colleague to join our Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience and acting as a key link between Bellerose and our customers.
You will support customers throughout their journey, from product questions and order follow-up to returns, refunds and delivery issues. This role requires empathy, strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk (email, phone, messaging and WhatsApp) in a timely and professional manner
- Provide clear and accurate answers in line with the Bellerose tone of voice
- Process orders, returns and refunds according to company policies
- Follow up on delivery issues with carriers and logistics partners
- Take ownership of customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate closely with logistics, retail, IT, e-commerce and finance teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to process improvements
- Continuously update your knowledge of products, systems and procedures
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer care role, preferably in retail, fashion or e-commerce
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch, both written and spoken (Dutch is a strong plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems
- Empathetic, resilient and solution-oriented
- Interest in new technologies and artificial intelligence
- Experience with Zendesk or similar tools is a plus
