Assistant brand manager

We are looking for a new colleague for an important position in our young, ambitious and winning team as Assistant Brand Manager within our successful subsidiary located in Brussels. Reporting to the Consumer Experience Manager Oral Care, the Assistant Brand Manager is a key contributor to the overall marketing team. In this role s(he) demonstrates excellent brand insights in building optimum design communication material for our retailers and for the media assets’ localization. Furthermore s(he) functions as the go to system expert of the different brands.
Success in this role translates in being a true team member as well as being an enthusiastic communicator working with different collaborators, ensuring consistent brand integrity in the multi-brand designs and support material.
What you'll do
Be in charge of the development of marketing support initiatives to drive core base business product
Be in charge of of the development of marketing support for the Field team
Be the SPOC for all retailer creations collaborating with Key Account Managers and brand managers
Work closely with local Brand Marketing colleagues and Sales team to ensure best in class in store activations & on time delivery of retailer creations
Budget
Be responsible for the supplier payment process to ensure a good budget follow up by the brand manager, on time payment (vendor creation, PO, GR)
Translation
Support the full team to ensure that perfect translations in NL of different materials (media assets, websites, artworks)

Bachelor or Master degree
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
An excellent communicator easily adapting communication towards different audiences in a clear, concise, and appropriate manner
A positive can-do attitude that persists regardless of challenges, with a strong sense of collaboration
