Brigada is looking for a client partner branding. As our commercial lead for branding clients and projects, you will manage client relationships from opportunity to delivery, developing new leads and ensuring a strong business performance. You’ll work closely with our strategic, creative and client service teams, and with the client partners who are responsible for other domains at Brigada, such as communications, employer branding and digital products.
What our client partner branding does
-
You lead the client service team working on branding projects, ensuring a smooth collaboration between clients and teams.
-
You’re responsible for the commercial success and quality of our branding projects.
-
You identify and develop new business opportunities, and you contribute to the growth and positioning of our branding business line.
-
While our strategic and creative leads take care of the branding work, you create the conditions in which they can thrive.
-
You collaborate across disciplines and domains to support multi-service client solutions.
What we are looking for
-
10+ years of experience in a branding-focused agency or a client-side brand management role.
-
Strong experience in client relationship management, business development and commercial leadership.
-
A genuine passion for branding and brand building.
-
The ability to facilitate great branding work (rather than wanting to create the work yourself).
-
A strong grasp of both the bigger picture and day-to-day operations.
-
Fluency in English, Dutch and French.
-
A willingness to travel between our offices in Antwerp, Brussels and Ghent, with Antwerp as your main base.
What’s in it for you
-
A competitive salary and benefits package.
-
A place where you can develop ambitious brands and yourself.
Who we are
Brigada was born when Fantastic, mortierbrigade, Onlyhumans, Today, Who Owns The Zebra and the B2B team of meetmarcel joined forces. The fight we picked? We want to get brands and people moving again. Not by pushing every button at once, but by pushing for a clear direction. To make sharp decisions, you need to see the bigger picture. That’s why we bring together the four key domains of brand, product, people and marketing. We combine the service of an integrated agency with the expertise of all the different specialist agencies that brands would otherwise need – and need to keep aligned.
