You’ll join a team of 4 Product Specialists, reporting to the Head of Product, and collaborate closely with Network, Marketing, and Customs. A connected environment where ownership is real and impact is visible.
You own and drive a product portfolio across Europe and Asia. From opportunity identification to delivery and optimization, you act as the engine behind performance and evolution.

Shape the portfolio
Identify opportunities using data, benchmarks, AI tools, and internal expertise. Define product strategies (pricing, processes, target segments, go-to-market). -
Build & improve products
Lead development and optimization. Define features and challenge operations and IT to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. -
Drive execution
Align stakeholders, bring clarity, and ensure delivery through strong project management and clear milestones. -
Own performance
Manage P&L and continuously improve products and processes to drive profitability and customer value.
In short: you own the product, but also the business outcome behind it.
You’re a senior product professional who brings structure, ownership, and a strong sense of accountability.

Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)

5+ years in product, portfolio, or project management
-
Experience in e-commerce, cross-border logistics, or consulting (must-have)

Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
You are also comfortable working with data and tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and AI-driven tools, using them to generate insights, structure information, and support decision-making.
