Cinnamood is an international food concept specializing in handcrafted cinnamon rolls – freshly baked and always with a surprising twist. With locations in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic and other European markets, we are continuing our strong expansion across Europe. In September 2025, we opened our location at Designer Outlet Roermond – a unique opportunity for anyone who enjoys working in a vibrant, international environment.

The Role: Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the success of our store. You will lead the team, create a positive working environment, maintain our quality standards and actively contribute to preparing and selling our products.
You combine operational leadership with a strong customer focus and an eye for detail. No two days are the same: one moment you might be enthusiastically baking rolls, while the next you are making sure the team runs smoothly during a busy afternoon.
What will you do?
· Lead and coordinate the team to achieve the best possible performance and results
· Assist with the fresh preparation, baking and attractive presentation of our cinnamon rolls
· Actively contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
· Manage stock, cash register closing procedures and staff scheduling
· Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards
· Train, onboard and support new team members
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an energetic and committed team player with natural leadership skills. Someone who enjoys motivating and inspiring their team while also being happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved on the shop floor.
You have:
· At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within retail, hospitality or food service
· A passion for hospitality and customer experience
· A flexible and independent attitude with a hands-on mentality – you are not looking for a traditional 9-to-5 job
· A strong eye for detail and quality
· Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English (required)
· Enthusiasm about starting immediately with a new team and a new concept
