The Assistant Manager is the right hand of the Store Manager. You will support the Store Manager on all ins and outs of the store such as team management & store management in general. We need you to work in tandem by setting the same goals : a happy and productive team equals the best results of the store. As an Assistant Manager you are the SPOC when the Store Manager is absence.
