Window Measuring & Installation Technician | Brasschaat, Belgium
Job Brief
We are SIFAN BV, selling high-quality curtains and window decorations. We need a technician to measure windows and install curtains at customers’ homes.
Work Place
SIFAN BV, Bredabaan 245, 2930 Brasschaat, Belgium
You will drive to customers’ houses. Most jobs are in Antwerp and nearby towns.
Language Rules
·Fluent English (mandatory)
·Candidates who can speak basic Dutch or French are preferred.
Main Work
1. Visit customers on time. Use laser measuring tools to get exact window sizes.
2. Check if curtains can be installed well and find possible problems.
3. Fit all kinds of window products: curtain rails, Roman blinds, roller blinds, venetian blinds, zebra blinds.
4. Adjust products after installation, make them open and close smoothly.
5. Show customers how to use and clean the curtains.
6. Keep your work car and tools clean and in good condition.
7. Take photos of broken or wrong-sized goods, and tell the shop or warehouse right away.
What We Need From You
1. Have a valid Belgian driving license. Having your own car is better — we pay you mileage money.
2. Experience of fitting curtains or home work is welcome. We also will train people with no experience.
3. Know how to use drills, levels, tape measures and laser rulers.
4. Talk nicely with customers and offer good service.
5. Carry ladders and big curtain items by yourself (some windows are tall).
6. Careful and accurate when measuring and installing.
Pay
€20 to €60 for each finished job (paid by job)
Working Time
Not fixed. You go out to work based on customers’ bookings.
Pay: €20,00 - €60,00 per hour
