Join us at Siemens Energy as a Junior Project Manager in our Grid Technologies organization! Imagine stepping into a role where you coordinate technical activities and engage with customers to drive projects that support the energy transition. You will manage projects related to Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS), Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS), and Power Transformers (TFO), collaborating closely with experienced project managers, engineering teams, and suppliers. How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will manage assigned projects in line with Siemens Energy project management guidelines and governance requirements.
- Support the successful execution of projects from initiation through to completion and handover.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project activities, ensuring effective communication.
- Monitor project progress, planning, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
- Coordinate project activities with engineering teams, factories, suppliers, and external partners while promoting a strong Zero Harm culture.
What You Bring
- A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation, ICT, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Initial professional experience in project management, project coordination, or engineering is advantageous.
- A strong interest in electrical infrastructure, substations, switchgear, transformers, or power transmission systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Fluent English, Dutch, and French (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
