Job Description
The Role
You'll be the go-to person for indirect purchasing and fleet operations across EMEA. Combining procurement know-how with a structured approach to fleet management, you'll keep things running smoothly — from purchase orders and supplier negotiations to vehicle lifecycles and compliance. If you thrive on variety, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration, this role is for you.

-
Create and manage purchase orders; ensure pricing, lead times, and approvals comply with policy

Source and negotiate with suppliers — driving cost efficiency and TCO improvements
-
Resolve issues swiftly: order confirmations, invoice mismatches, delivery delays
-
Partner with Finance, Logistics, Quality, Legal, and Operations for smooth execution
Fleet Management
-

-
Manage the full vehicle lifecycle: ordering, registration, insurance, maintenance, and end-of-lease returns
-
Keep fleet data accurate: vehicles, drivers, contracts, mileage, and renewal records
-
Handle damage cases, fines, insurance claims, and country-specific exceptions
-
Support onboarding with vehicle allocation, documentation, and policy communication
-
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company car policy, and duty of care across EMEA
Continuous Improvement
-
Standardise processes, create SOPs, and eliminate manual steps
-
Support system improvements (M3, Medius, reporting) to boost efficiency
-
Track KPIs (PO cycle time, fleet lead times, fines aging) and drive improvement actions
