Present and clearly demonstrate the value of our cybersecurity solutions to customers and partners;
Act as a trusted advisor during the pre‑sales phase by analyzing customer needs and proposing tailored, relevant solutions;
Support customers throughout the entire sales cycle by providing advanced technical expertise, impactful demonstrations, and recommendations aligned with their business, operational, and regulatory requirements;
Respond to RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with internal teams and partners, ensuring high‑quality and compelling technical proposals;
Lead the execution of customer Proofs of Concept (PoCs): define objectives, manage implementation, ensure technical follow‑up;
Organize and deliver technical enablement sessions—trainings, workshops, and presentations—for customers, partners and prospects;
Design and animate technical workshops that highlight the capabilities, relevance, and performance of our solutions;
Collaborate closely with Product Management and R&D teams by providing feedback from the field, suggesting product enhancements, and contributing to the overall solution roadmap;
Contribute to the creation and improvement of technical documentation and sales enablement material;
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical decision‑makers and influencers within strategic accounts;
Identify new business opportunities by proactively engaging with customers’ technical communities;
Represent the company at cybersecurity events, conferences, and trade shows to increase visibility and reinforce the credibility of our solutions;
Deliver official corporate trainings to customers and partners.
