- BMC Helix Discovery administration and development (v20.02+);
- BMC Remedy ITSM Suite administration and development (v20.02+).
Desirable:
- BMC Certification in BMC Discovery;
- BMC Certification in BMC CMDB;
- BMC Certification in BMC Smart Reporting.;.
Duties/role:
- Designing and implementing reporting governance standards, including dataset registration, versioning, documentation, naming conventions, and lineage tracking;
- Producing technical and functional documentation, report specifications, and design guides;
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, including new KPIs, visual enhancements, automation, and optimisation to reduce manual reporting effort.
