We are now looking for a Team Leader, Customer Service to join our Customer service team in Houthalen, Belgium.
What you will do
- Prepare and manage indent quotations for Sheets products in line with our commercial strategy and customer agreements
- Calculate and validate pricing, ensuring alignment with cost structures, contracts, and internal policies
- Recommend suitable products and specifications based on customer needs, applications, and sustainability needs
- Turn quotations into accurate orders, ensuring consistency in pricing, terms, and delivery conditions
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, communicating clearly on pricing, lead times, and order progress
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Product Management to ensure smooth order execution
- Monitor orders throughout the process, proactively addressing changes and potential delays
- Support the resolution of pricing issues, claims, and discrepancies in a timely and solution-oriented way
Lead customer service operations in a manufacturing/graphics environment

Who you are
- You have at least two years of experience in customer service or commercial operations, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment and at least one year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- You bring a customer-focused mindset and enjoy solving problems and supporting others
- You are comfortable working with pricing, data, and commercial details, with a strong sense of accuracy
- You communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders and cultures
- You are well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You have an analytical approach and are motivated to improve processes and performance
- You are familiar with CRM systems and MS Office tools, especially Excel
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and bring a positive, collaborative attitude to the team
