For more than 50 years, PRC-Saltillo has developed products to help people communicate and gain independence. We are seeking a talented sales manager to join our team in Europe at Prentke Romich Germany.
As our sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with key clients (Such as resellers and therapists) and helping us expand remarkable AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) experience in the European market. With experience in AAC, you will leverage your expertise to drive growth in Europe and help us achieve our mission to enable individuals with speech and language impairments to successfully communicate and interact in their environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the European markets
- Serve as primary contact for existing European distributors
- Identify and assess new European market opportunities for providing PRC-Saltillo products
- Identify key partners and develop strong relationships to localizing, promoting and distributing products
- Coordination of software localization requirements and support material between key clients and product owners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with key stakeholders and build brand awareness
- If needed, conduct online device & app training for key clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and market developments
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management
Requirements
- Experience in providing therapy for AAC end-users and/or experience in AAC or AT medical device sales, preferably in the European market
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of medical regulations and healthcare systems in Europe
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within EU and Internationally as required
- You reside in the EU (ideally Central Europe)
