Join our team as a Freight Forwarder specializing in Healthcare Airfreight.
In this role, you'll be the primary contact for our healthcare clients, ensuring seamless communication and service excellence for their air freight shipments (import & export).
Your responsibilities include maintaining compliance standards, ensuring accurate invoicing, and promptly addressing any irregularities that may arise.
Apply GDP guidelines and adhere to Healthcare customers' CSOPs, while also managing document uploads and post-flight communications. Additionally, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, DSV Code of Conduct, and safety standards.
