In order to strengthen our HR department with additional expertise, we are currently looking for a "HR Generalist " for our office in Brussels.

Responsibilities
As an HR Generalist, you play a key role within the HR function, contributing across all operational HR activities with a strong focus on recruitment. You help attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring efficient personnel administration and supporting payroll processes.
Recruitment
- Gather hiring needs from managers and challenge recruitment requests when appropriate ;
- Draft and publish job advertisements (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Actively source candidates through direct search, CV databases, and professional networks ;
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate the recruitment process ;
- Participate in candidate assessment (assessments, cultural fit, competencies) ;
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey ;
- Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.) ;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and support managers in developing their recruitment skills.
HR Administration & Payroll Support
- Support key HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, from contract management to personnel file administration ;
- Support accurate tracking of absences, leave requests, and employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies ;
- Assist with payroll preparation, including the collection and validation of payroll data ;
- Provide first-line support to employees regarding HR Administration & Payroll-related questions and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent ;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to recruitment ;
- Experience in a multi-site or international environment is a plus ;
- Proficiency in recruitment techniques (sourcing, structured interviews, assessment) ;
- Ability to build trusting relationships with managers ;
- Understanding of HR administrative processes, Labor laws, and payroll systems ;
- Familiarity with HR tools and ATS ;
- Excellent command of French and a good level of English (Dutch is a plus) ;
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
