Mission Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Leader for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The primary objective of this role is to autonomously manage technical projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT projects, including communication with internal and external clients.

Define project structure and develop project plans (scenarios, timings, budget, etc.).

Manage and monitor project execution, including detailed scheduling, regular tracking of deadlines, budget, scope, and quality.

Report on project progress and address any issues that arise, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

Stimulate, coordinate, motivate, and support team members involved in the project.

Utilize excellent communication, writing, negotiation, and coaching skills to drive project success.

Determine priorities and coordinate various parties involved in the project.

Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as methodologies like ITIL and Prince2.
Required Experience:
Candidates should have operational project management experience in one of the following areas:

Containerization of API gateways (Axway) and Adabas databases.
-
Technological evolution of legacy systems.
-
Versioning of Java applications.
-
Implementation of cybersecurity projects, NIS2, and compliance (infrastructure support for the NIS2 Program Manager).

Implementation of public cloud projects on Google in support of the Program Manager.
-
Establishment of IAM & secret management services.
-
Implementation of Vault services.
-
Monitoring of other infrastructure projects.
Qualifications:
A university degree or equivalent experience is required, along with relevant professional experience in managing large-scale technical projects, ideally in a Gcloud environment for social security or healthcare, or equivalent experience in a public service environment.
