<p><span>Build IT governance frameworks and end-to-end processes that improve service quality, reduce risk, and support compliance across the organisation. In this role, IT governance, risk, compliance, and process design come together in a structured and visible way. Working closely with IT leadership, process owners, and business stakeholders, the role turns requirements into clear, repeatable, auditable processes and KPIs that support consistent, high-quality operations.</span></p> <p><span>At Equans, we believe that diverse talents strengthen our teams. We actively build an inclusive work environment where everyone feels welcome, can be themselves, and we encourage everyone to apply.</span></p> <p><span><strong>Your work location:</strong> Brussels</span></p> <h4><span><strong>Zoom on the job:</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li><span>design and implement governance frameworks, including steering forums, roles and responsibilities, decision-making flows, and policy lifecycles</span></li> <li><span>define, document, and operationalise core IT processes such as incident, problem, change, release, asset/configuration, capacity, service request, supplier/vendor management, and IAM</span></li> <li><span>develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for operational teams and SteerCo, and define targets and escalation rules</span></li> <li><span>establish process controls and compliance checks aligned with standards such as ISO 27001, ITIL, GDPR, and internal policies</span></li> <li><span>facilitate workshops and working groups to present processes, secure approvals, and support adoption</span></li> <li><span>create process artefacts such as maps, RACI matrices, SOPs, templates, playbooks, and training materials</span></li> <li><span>support internal and external audit readiness, including evidence collection, remediation tracking, and closure</span></li> <li><span>coach and support process owners and practitioners, embedding continuous improvement methods such as Lean and PDCA</span></li> <li><span>coordinate with PMO, security, risk, and legal to align governance and change initiatives</span></li> <li><span>track benefits and measure process improvement outcomes, communicating progress to stakeholders</span></li> </ul> <h4><span><strong>Come as you are, ideally with:</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li><span>5 years’ experience in IT governance, ITSM/process design, or IT risk and compliance roles</span></li> <li><span>knowledge of ITIL practices and experience with ISO 27001, GDPR, or other relevant standards</span></li> <li><span>experience implementing IT processes and governance structures such as incident, change, release, and asset/CMDB</span></li> <li><span>experience supporting audits and remediation activities</span></li> <li><span>experience in change management is a nice to have</span></li> <li><span>experience in agile environments is a nice to have</span></li> <li><span>hands-on experience building KPIs, dashboards, and steering committee materials</span></li> <li><span>excellent documentation and process-mapping skills with Visio, Miro, or equivalent</span></li> <li><span>knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow SPM module, MS DevOps, or similar tools is a nice to have</span></li> <li><span>strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a data-driven mindset</span></li> <li><span>collaborative, pragmatic, and diplomatic, with an approach that balances governance and operational needs</span></li> <li><span>organised, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously</span></li> <li><span>attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability</span></li> <li><span>fluent in English, Dutch, and French</span></li> </ul> <h4><span><strong>What if you became IT Business & Process Analyst at Equans? </strong></span></h4> <p><span><strong>For you this means: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>a market rate salary in line with your education and experience </span></li> <li><span>interesting training and career opportunities </span></li> <li><span>group- & hospitalization insurance </span></li> <li><span>eco & meal vouchers, representation allowance, 13th month, holiday pay </span></li> <li><span>electrical lease car, bicycle lease plan</span></li> <li><span>smartphone with subscription, internet fee </span></li> <li><span>additional paid leave, seniority leave, homeworking </span></li> <li><span>discounts through Benefits@Work (culture, sports, travel, and more)</span></li> </ul>
