What you’ll do
You will lead teams and processes supporting our commercial activities across the region, including:
· Technical Sales Support
· Sales Administration
· Project Management
· Marketing
· Commercial processes, tools and systems
You will drive continuous improvement, enhance sales productivity, strengthen CRM adoption, and ensure effective collaboration between Sales, Aftermarket, Operations and Support Functions
What you bring
· Previous experience in the HVAC industry is required.
· A passion for enabling sales teams to perform at their best.
· Proven leadership experience within Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or a comparable environment.
· The ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaboration across countries and functions.
· Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
· Experience driving process improvement, organizational change, and commercial transformation initiatives.
· The credibility and influence to engage effectively with senior leaders, sales teams, and key stakeholders.
· Professional fluency in English, French, and Dutch (mandatory requirement). Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
Location & travel
Based in the Netherlands or Belgium, you will regularly connect with teams and stakeholders across the region. Regular travel to Benelux and France is expected.
