Manage a multidisciplinary 150.000 m² project, encompassing architecture, interior design, structural stability, technical systems, urban planning, and infrastructure (roads and utilities).
team coordination and management:
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of 10 to 20 members (depending on the project phase), including 5 to 7 internal staff.
- Monitor the performance of teams and subcontractors (construction teams, architects, and other stakeholders) rigorously.
comprehensive project/program management:
- Define objectives, priorities, and a global schedule with a long-term vision.
- Oversee all project phases, from preliminary work to final delivery.
- Make (strategic) decisions to ensure project success.
- Identify and anticipate risks, propose suitable corrective solutions.
- Handle unforeseen challenges calmly and professionally to ensure rapid resolution.
- Manage budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and industry norms.
- Provide regular updates to the Studio Head and Management. Close collaboration with Management as needed in case of complex problems (critical points, budgetary or contractual deviations, etc.).
client relations and negotiation:
- Deliver regular updates to the client on project progress, critical issues, as well as budgetary or contractual deviations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing expectations and negotiating key terms.
- Serve as the main liaison for all parties involved in the project.
- Push back on inappropriate requests or changes while maintaining a professional relationship.
- Safeguard the company’s interests while ensuring optimal client satisfaction.
- Centralize and share relevant information with all stakeholders.
