- You are responsible for the design, development, optimization, improvement, validation, and industrialization of plastic consumables or production tools, in accordance with technical, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- You monitor and assist with changes to production parameters, mold updates, and the creation of new molds.
- You define and justify the functional specifications of the products and methods developed.
- You contribute to the development of qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and quality control protocols for production and post-production.
- You participate in risk analyses (products, processes, industrialization) and the implementation of associated control measures.
- You ensure the management, updating, and compliance of technical and regulatory documentation for developments, as well as product data and bill of materials in internal tools.
- You oversee the transfer of developments to production, including the preparation of manufacturing and quality control procedures, as well as training and support for the relevant teams.
- You provide technical support and perform diagnostics in the event of technical issues, non-conformities, deviations, or incidents during production or after market release.
- You identify, evaluate, select, and qualify suppliers and technical partners, and act as the technical point of contact
- You hold a degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering with a focus on electromechanics, or possess equivalent experience.
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a good command of English.
- You have a solid understanding of plastic injection molding and plastic assembly techniques.
- You have experience in the design of electromechanical systems.
- You are independent, self-motivated, and have a strong sense of priorities.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and are thorough and precise.
- You are resourceful and have a practical mindset.
- You are solution-oriented.
