We are looking for an experienced After Sales Operations manager our automotive Geely after-sales operations in Belgium and Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, spare parts management and service excellence within the automotive industry. You will report to the Head of Aftersales Benelux.
Building a strong service network to ensure flawless customer experience for future Geely customers.
Monitor and secure the network achievement of annual service targets.
Lead (new) service toward continuous service quality improvement.
Coordinate with legal and channel teams to finalize after-sales agreements with new service partners/dealers.
Conduct regular regional dealer visits, host meetings and workshops, and review partners aftersales business plan.
Oversee the development, execution, and review of the after-sales projects in the network.
Manage customer satisfaction (CSI), support complaint resolution, and handle goodwill authorization.
Work closely with parts manager to improve spare parts availability and delivery.
Coordinate with technical team and monitor timely technical/ service campaign execution in the network.
Introduce and deploy Geely aftersales IT systems (e.g. GODP, LMS, TIS) to dealerships/ service stores.
