Your responsibilities
As a Marketing & Communications Advisor you will be the central hub of marketing activity for our white label partnerships:
- You work hand in hand with a network of Marketing Managers, Sales Managers and Fleet Coordinators from a dozen major car manufacturers.
- You collaborate closely with the internal Partnership Sales team and external marketing agencies to deliver impactful marketing actions and campaigns.
- You contribute to the definition of the marketing strategy for our white label partnerships and translate it into concrete, scalable initiatives.
- You help our partners integrate our products into their communication channels and identify opportunities to increase visibility and sales.
- You create and coordinate marketing materials, campaigns and sales support tools tailored to the needs of our partners.
- You are responsible for the organisation of client events.
- You organize incentive programs, events and training sessions to boost sales performance and strengthen relationships with our partners.
- You manage several projects simultaneously and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- You are proactive, take initiative and do not wait for opportunities to come to you.
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- You constantly look for ways to make marketing actions more efficient, scalable and impactful.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree, preferable in Marketing, Business Management.
- You have extensive and substantial years (minimum 5 years) of experience, with progressive responsibility, in a comparable role.
- You are a natural born networker and can leverage your broad network to create impact with your actions.
- You have good listening skills and are able to translate business needs into concrete actions
- You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and you can convince your audience of the relevance of your actions and ideas.
- You have an agile mindset and can easily respond to changing situations in the market.
- You are a team player , passionate in your work and have a great learning agility.
- You are bilingual FR/NL and speak English fluently.
