As Commercial Operations Officer, you play a strategic role at the heart of the relationship between our customers, our sales teams and our finance department.
You wear two hats that are essential to the smooth running and performance of our commercial operations.
? Your client-facing role
You will become the main point of contact for all billing-related matters. You will support clients, answer their questions, track payments and ensure the quality of financial information. Thanks to you, they will enjoy a clear, smooth and professional experience.
? Your internal role
You will work hand in hand with our sales teams to ensure that orders are transmitted correctly and that their information is reliable. You will analyse, check, encode and secure each contract to guarantee flawless invoicing and smooth commercial follow-up.
? Your objective: to ensure the perfect execution of our processes while actively contributing to their improvement.
