As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Facility Manager regarding all repairs and investment plans. This is an onsite position helping to ensure a safe, efficient and welcoming working environment at our clients' new office building.
Responsibility level:
To deliver best practice facilities management & building services which are consistent with client business needs, compliant with local regulatory requirements and in accordance with all corporate policies/procedures.
Principal duties:
Implement facility management on a day / day basis
Manages the delivery of efficient and cost-effective Facilities Management services, such as maintenance and cleaning, catering.
Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders.
Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status.
File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
Monitors client demand for office support services, such as mailroom and reprographics, and maintains strong client communications to align service offerings and service levels with current client business needs.
Manages the development of best practice facility management services through benchmarking, networking, and use of the CBRE Internal Resource Program.
Be the local representative of CBRE. Actively engage with customers (including senior business leaders) on site to develop strong relationships and high levels of customer/client satisfaction.
Professional presence and demeanour; with the ability to represent ENGIE in a positive and credible manner as a point of contact for visitors, employees and external stakeholders.
Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
Profile :
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Knowledge in Facilities, business or SSHE, or equivalent through experience
Experience in managing Commercial sites (desirable).
Experience in managing Facility on site
Good understanding of technical services
Trilingual proficiency required: Dutch, French and English
