The Global Sales Director is responsible for driving the commercial growth. This person will lead the sales team, help establish our position in new markets, and ensure that customers not only onboard successfully but continue to grow with our product over time. As a member of the management team, the Global Sales Director plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on sales leadership with a structured, analytical mindset, translating market insight into clear strategy, and that strategy into concrete action within the team.
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team
- Share responsibility for business development and identifying new market opportunities
- Position and grow our company in new and existing markets (Europe, Asia, South America)
- Own customer success: ensure customers realise value from and become long-term partners
- Bring structure and process to sales and growth activities: forecasting, pipeline management, reporting
- Stay on top of trends and developments in B2B SaaS sales and translate them into actionable insight for the team
- Help define commercial targets and ensure they are achieved
- Work closely with Product, Marketing and the wider management team to support growth
- Travel regularly to customers, partners and markets across Europe, Asia and South America
Pay: €4.500,00 - €6.500,00 per month
