Job Description
Are you ready to launch your HR career in an international environment?
As a Junior HR Offer Specialist, you will help manage and coordinate internal offers, draft contracts, and oversee documentation. You will provide support on various HR-related tasks for employees in the corporate office in Brussels, Belgium, and other Eurofins companies across the network.
You will be directly involved in preparing Belgian employment offers and contracts, putting together compensation and benefits packages, and ensuring internal validation of these offers. This includes collaborating with our Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Tax teams to draft net salary simulations. Initially focused on validating standard international offers, the role provides the opportunity to gradually take on more specialised and complex offers over time.
You will also be responsible for ensuring employee files are accurate and up-to-date, acting as the main contact for HR-related inquiries from staff in the corporate office in Brussels, Belgium. Additionally, you will help coordinate the implementation of recruitment software and assist with transforming HR processes.
Other duties include the review of internship agreements and V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) programme applications and collaborating with universities and Business France representatives to manage contracts. As part of the Offer Team, you’ll play a key role in improving workflows, templates, and internal guidelines to help streamline operations and ensure consistency.
This is a full-time position based in Brussels, Belgium.

Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, communication, business administration or a related field from a top university. You speak excellent English, which will be your main language of communication. Knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and can handle both large tasks and smaller details. You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and working in a digital environment.
