As a Senior Multiplayer Programmer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust multiplayer systems in Unity using Photon.

Develop and maintain multiplayer gameplay systems using Unity and Photon

Work closely with designers, artists, and gameplay programmers in a multidisciplinary team

Help architect scalable and maintainable networking solutions

Optimize synchronization, prediction, replication, and multiplayer performance

Solve complex gameplay and networking challenges for co-op experiences

Take ownership of systems and contribute to technical decision-making

Support multiplayer features across PC and potentially console platforms

Minimum 5 years of professional Unity experience

Experience working in a professional game development team of approximately 5–10 people

Experience working in an agile game development environment

Shipped at least one commercial game (preferably multiple)

Strong experience with Photon networking solutions

Strong C# programming skills

Experience optimizing multiplayer gameplay performance, synchronization, and networking systems

Able to work independently within a flat studio structure

Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility without heavy management layers

Able to work onsite in our Antwerp studio at least 3 days per week
