As a Housekeeping Management Trainee, you gain unique insight into one of the most essential hotel departments: Housekeeping. You will learn how an international hotel chain ensures top-level guest satisfaction, high hygiene standards, operational excellence, and team coordination.
You’ll receive responsibilities, professional guidance from experienced supervisors, and plenty of room to grow as a young hospitality professional. On top of that, you will receive an attractive internship compensation of €750 per month.
As a Housekeeping Trainee, you will:
- coordinating daily housekeeping operations.
- inspecting guest rooms according to Marriott quality and hygiene standards.
- assisting with staff scheduling, planning, and departmental coordination.
- performing room checks and quality control procedures.
- identifying operational challenges and proposing improvements.
- reporting technical issues or defects to the facilities team.
- monitoring inventory, linen control, stock levels, and amenities.
- supporting deep-cleaning projects and busy operational periods.
- collaborating with Front office, Facilities department and FB to ensure a seamless guest experience.
In short: you will gain a comprehensive, all-round understanding of how a Housekeeping department is operated and managed in an international hotel environment.
- You study Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facilities or a related field.
- You work accurately with strong attention to detail.
- You are eager to learn within an international hotel brand.
- You speak English fluently.
- You are available for at least 12 weeks.
