Introduction & Summary
The Customer Data Analyst role encompasses strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business context. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with team members and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable hypotheses using available client data. With a Master's degree in economics or a relevant field, the candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in data analytics, demonstrating proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Python.
Main Responsibilities
Gather, transform, and analyze data using sourcing techniques.
Deliver impactful business insights to improve customer engagement.
Present concise findings and recommendations in PowerPoint format.
Key Requirements
Master?s degree in economics or a related field with substantial knowledge in data and analytics.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.
Proven experience with SAS, SQL, and Python for data transformation.
Strong skills in Power BI reporting.
Ability to conduct ad-hoc queries and reports effectively.
Exceptional data analytical skills to address business questions.
Fluency in Dutch and/or French, and English is mandatory.
Nice to Have
Experience with Gitlab is an asset.
