- Motivate your team and represent Iris as an ambassador, fostering a positive and strong team spirit.
- You and your team carry out assigned tasks with attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach; you consistently ensure quality and safety.
- When needed, you adjust, coach your colleagues, and maintain a pleasant working atmosphere.
- You ensure that clients’ work environments are spotless and respond to any additional requests within an appropriate framework.
- You always follow safety rules for yourself, your colleagues, clients, and others. Health and safety are always the top priority.
- You ensure accurate and proper follow-up of administrative tasks.
- You are the main point of contact for the client.
- You preferably live in the Brussels region.
- You are motivated, customer-oriented, and ready to successfully complete tasks together with your team.
- You are able to motivate and lead a team as a true people manager.
- You are solution-oriented and proactively take on challenges, either independently or with your supervisor when needed.
- You have knowledge of Word and Excel.
- You have experience in the cleaning and hospital sectors.
- You hold a category B driving license.
- A VCA certificate is an asset.
- Safety is part of your DNA.
- You are willing to work full-time.
- You are polite, flexible, precise, and represent our company positively towards clients and the outside world.
After an initial CV screening, you will be invited for an interview with the team manager to get to know you and assess whether you meet our current needs.
