As a Data Analyst – Supply Chain, you'll act as the link between our Data Team and the business. You'll work with data made available by the Data Team and translate it into clear dashboards and reports. You'll help our teams monitor performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve processes.
Your Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze Supply Chain and Procurement KPIs such as fill rate, OTIF, stock cover, open purchase orders, and supplier performance.
Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring they remain accurate, reliable, and up to date.
Support the Procurement team with analyses on supplier spend, price developments, and supplier performance.
Create cost and production-related reports in collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and Production.
Identify data quality issues and report them to the Data Team so source data can be further optimized.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing dashboards and reporting.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for colleagues and management.
Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and the Data Team to continuously improve business processes.
