IT Support Engineer – O365 Migration Project (4 Months)
Locations: Brugge, Langemark-Moorslede & Kallo, Belgium
Work Model: 5 days onsite across the mentioned sites
Contract Duration: 4 months (with possibility of extension)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Support Engineer to support a large-scale Microsoft 365 migration project. In this role, you will provide on-site technical support to end users during and after device and data migrations, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent user experience.
You will work across multiple sites in Belgium and act as a key point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting, device provisioning, and Office 365 assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-floor technical support for end users during and after O365 data and device migrations.
- Assist with device provisioning through Microsoft Autopilot.
- Configure and support laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Configure Outlook profiles, OneDrive synchronization, drive mappings, and user settings.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP, and DNS.
- Support printers, docking stations, monitors, and other workplace technology.
- Perform software installations, updates, and basic system configurations.
- Guide users on IT security, compliance, and best practices.
- Escalate complex issues to project teams and Level 2/3 support.
- Document incidents, requests, and resolutions within the ITSM platform (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Deliver user guidance and training on new tools and processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows and macOS environments.
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 end-user services.
- Knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- Password resets and account management
- MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Basic understanding of:
- Azure File Sync
- DFS file shares
- File permissions and drive mappings
- Experience supporting end-user devices, applications, and handheld devices.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills.

Contract Details
