+ Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software development and/or DevOps, with a focus on cloud-native applications.
+ Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS services, Java development, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
+ Critical Thinker: Provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and user experiences.
+ Team Player: Foster collaboration and a spirit of innovation within the team.
