You will join the Coating division: production of technical textiles for applications such as truck side curtains, biogas containers, pool covers, …
- You are responsible for organizing maintenance, optimizing the production site, and leading and supporting the technical team.
- You are responsible for implementing a preventive and corrective maintenance plan.
- You are able to solve technical issues and analyze them further.
- You monitor KPIs and performance, and make investment proposals when needed.
- You coordinate between the technical departments within the Coating division.
- You work constructively with the prevention advisor and environmental coordinator.
- You prepare investment budgets, support them with the necessary analyses, and present them to the CEO in a clear and convincing manner.
Profile
- You hold a higher education degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in electromechanics.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a production environment.
- You are autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented.
- You are responsible, detail-oriented, and able to motivate your team.
- You have a passion for technology and strive for continuous optimization.
- You have a good command of Dutch, French, and English.
